Skilled Nurse

We provide professional, courteous skilled nursing care to our patients. We will assist with medication planning and compliance, blood pressure monitoring, diabetic care, respiratory care, cardiac care, and teachings on diet. We also provide wound care, catheter care, and ostomy care. We care for the whole individual, physical and emotional. We will assist the patient acting as liaison with the physician and medical personnel.
